Our Story

I’m Kaleb Mack, and I founded Mack Land Improvement in 2024.

Dirt work has been in my family for as long as I can remember. I grew up around it, watched how it was done, and learned what it takes to do it right. When I was old enough, I joined the U.S. Army and served ten years as a paratrooper, from 2012 to 2022. The military taught me to plan carefully, communicate clearly, and finish what I start. Those habits have stuck with me.

When my time in the Army was done, I came home and did what made sense. I returned to the work I grew up around. I bought new equipment, opened the doors of Mack Land Improvement, and started serving the people of Norwalk and the towns within a 40-mile radius.

Today, I handle excavating, gravel driveways, land clearing, site preparation, material hauling, and demolition for property owners across Monroe, Vernon, and La Crosse Counties. I walk every job, write every quote, and run the equipment myself.

What I Believe

Your land is your legacy. The work I do on your property is going to outlast a lot of things in your life. I treat every job that way, whether it’s a driveway, a new build, or a piece of acreage being reclaimed.

Honest pricing, on the front end. You should know what you’re paying before any work starts. Every quote I write is on paper, on your property, before any equipment moves.

The person who quotes the job is the person who runs the machine. No subcontractors. No rotating crews. When you hire Mack Land Improvement, you’re hiring me, and I’m the one running the equipment when the work begins.

When you call 608-696-9695, you reach me directly. When the truck pulls into your driveway, I’m driving it. When the excavator starts working, I’m in the cab. That’s how Mack Land Improvement is built, and that’s how it will stay.

I take the time to listen before I quote. I tell you what I see, share what I’d recommend, and let you make the call. If I think there’s a better way to get you what you want, I’ll say so. If your plan is solid, I’ll get to work.
